Here's a version of what is often called the Lord's Prayer, trying to drop the Lord and Kingdom stuff that I just can't abide, and giving voice to the Divine feminine, to bring balance to the Force!

(Updating again March 2022, as I have used this prayer continuously since I first published it. Not so attached to the need to use Mother or Father language any more)
Our Creator Being,
who surrounds and envelops and dwells within us
Your name is a very special and holy Name.
Let your Kin-dom Family be born;
Let your Will and Wish for us happen now!
On Earth just as it is all around us
in the Light-filled Air.
We ask only for Bread for today
And Ask and hope and rely on you daily to wipe the slate clean
And we must wipe it clean with our neighbors, our loved ones and ourselves!
Don't let us get distracted by our own egos, or any other shiny mirages.
Deliver us from what trips us up and hold us back.
Keep our eyes on what is yours:
The All Surrounding Vitality,
the Kin-dom Family,
and the Light-Filled Glory.
Each Day Following,
in waking and sleeping,
forevermore.
Let it Be So
